Kate is Elevator's Co-Founder and Creative Director with extensive experience both in front of and behind the camera. A Royal Television Society Award nominated producer, writer and actress that hails from Merseyside in the north west of England. Kate is an advocate for female voices and stories of those often overlooked.

Favourite film: Withnail & I

Elevator's Co-Founder and Creative Director with over twenty years of experience working in film and HETV, Justin is a Royal Television Society Award winning actor, writer and producer originally from Tyneside in the north east of England. Justin loves an underdog story and championing working class voices.

Mel is a Success Manager for global casting platform Spotlight, connecting storytellers across the world. As such, Mel's contacts list is a 'Who's Who' of the industry.

Connecting people is Mel's superpower, so moving into the screen industries from producing West End theatre has been a smooth transition. Elevator's own EP working within business and finance, Mel is the fairy Godmother you want on your team.

A Finishing Artist for Broadcast Award winning post production studio The Finish Line, Ben has worked for some of the most established production houses in London for the last two decades. Working across all aspects of picture finishing and delivery from grading, compositing through to the online.

With Ben's knowledge of UK and International broadcasting standards and his expert eye for detail, he is Elevator's film and HETV post-production king.

Ever since Ellie appeared as a background artist in Elevator's first film she’s fallen head over heels for the industry and its endless creativity. With a knack for problem-solving and full of enthusiasm, Ellie is the ultimate side-kick that makes sure everyone’s on track and inspired.
